Marty was born and raised in Charlotte and brings deep knowledge of the greater Charlotte area having witnessed firsthand the growth and evolution. Amy first fell in love with North Carolina after moving from New Hampshire for graduate school and quickly discovered a passion for homes as creative projects. That passion – combined with a love for coastal living – naturally curated our design style that you can feel throughout all our projects and led us to expand our footprint to Southport and Oak Island, where lifestyle, design, and investment potential intersect beautifully. Together, we’ve built a powerhouse team focused on helping clients navigate the many paths of today’s diversified real estate landscape, from primary residences to vacation homes and investment properties.
