Unlike most of the residents in this area, Chase has always lived in North Carolina. Chase attended East Carolina University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Shortly after graduation he moved to Cornelius, NC and is loving the Lake Norman lifestyle. Throughout college, Chase had the opportunity to pursue many different jobs, but his favorite was helping out with the property management side of Cottage Real Estate + Rental Collection when he was home from school and during the summers. He has chosen to pursue property management full-time and has joined our team as a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker. Chase is using his skills and knowledge to ensure that all properties in the Cottage Rental Collection portfolio are maintained to our Cottage Concierge standard.
When he’s not out on the job, Chase enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, and traveling. Be sure to say hi to Chase if you see him around in your neighborhood working on a property!
