Holly was born and raised in North Carolina, moving to the Charlotte area over 20 years ago after graduating from Appalachian State. After many years of working in consulting and business operations, she realized the love of guiding clients through a process, and helping them reach their goals was a natural fit for real estate. Being a REALTOR® combines her passion of helping others, with her strengths in client service and process management, while working within the community to build trusted relationships. Holly is also utilizing her background in business operations to manage systems and initiatives at Cottage Real Estate + Rental Collection. For Holly, she was most excited to join Cottage for their full-service approach to real estate and their concierge experience given to every client.
When she’s not helping clients, you will find her volunteering at nonprofit events, or spending time with her husband Josh, their three teenage boys, Whitman, Boone, and Roscoe, and her rescue dog, Mabel. Her favorite things are watching football (Go Panthers!), reading, a hike in the mountains, and exploring new restaurants.
