Originally from New Hampshire, and moving to North Carolina for graduate school, Amy Fraser has found that life in NC is the place to be. Amy has now lived in Greensboro, Greenville, and Lake Norman, with a few years down in Savannah, GA before moving to Cornelius. In that time she’s bought and sold 12 times in 11 years in 5 different towns.  Amy understands the realities of both her buyer and seller clientele, and shares her wisdom and personal experience with her clients, to help navigate the often stressful experience of real estate transactions. Often at the end of the experience, her clients express how fun and actually easy the process was. That is one of the best compliments to receive as a real estate Broker!

Quiet and confident, Amy uses her background in career counseling to truly list and understand the goals, and pain points of her clients, in an effort to find the best individualized solution individualized to each scenario. Known by her colleagues as a straightforward and professional Broker to work across the table from, Amy makes sure that the deal stays together and everyone gets to the closing table, regardless of whatever wrinkle is thrown into the mix.

Amy is also owner and lead designer of The Tailored Cottage, the design side of the Cottage brands. Her love for creating beautiful spaces, with a clear budget in mind, Amy brings to life many of our rentals in the portfolio by helping the investors to understand what could be done to their investment properties, to create a luxurious experience and environment for attracting and retaining tenants. And, all Cottage listings receive staging services as part of the concierge experience. She also uses her staging background to effectively furnish multiple short and mid-term rentals, both in the Cottage Rental Collection and personally with a classy modern coastal vibe, with a touch of glam.

When not working, you’ll find Amy close to the water – whether walking her two dogs down on the boardwalk along Lake Norman, exploring a new coastal town, or sipping a glass of wine overlooking the marsh at her and Marty’s most recent personal project on Tybee Island.
